How long does UK delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Standard transit is estimated at 3–5 business days and express transit at 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates can vary during busy periods or because of carrier delays. See our Shipping page for current prices.

What is in the Sleep Kit?

Each resealable pouch contains 30 mouth strips and 30 external nasal strips — 60 single-use strips in total.

Who should not use the mouth strips?

Do not use mouth strips if you have breathing difficulties, nasal obstruction, nausea, impaired awareness, reduced ability to remove the strip yourself, or after drinking alcohol or taking sedating medication. Do not use while awake and unsupervised if you are unfamiliar with the product. Stop immediately if you feel uncomfortable. Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition or are unsure whether the product is suitable for you.

Do the Sleep Kit products stop snoring or treat sleep apnoea?

No. The Sleep Kit is a lifestyle product and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure snoring, sleep apnoea or any medical condition. Persistent snoring, choking or gasping during sleep, or severe daytime sleepiness should be discussed with a healthcare professional.

Are the glasses prescription eyewear?

No. Essentia glasses are non-prescription lifestyle glasses. They are available in Black, Brown or White and are not a substitute for professional eye care.

How do I choose an earplug tip?

Start with the size that feels most comfortable and secure, then try a smaller or larger tip if the fit feels loose or creates pressure. Stop using the earplugs if they cause pain or irritation. They are not certified industrial hearing protection.

Can I return the Sleep Kit?

You may cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it. Sealed hygiene products cannot be returned after their hygiene seal is opened unless they are faulty. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full terms.
